Profile
A hands-on people manager, with a tactical/strategic mindset and extensive E2E experience in an international operations setting. This person is a natural leader who is technically savvy, can work well with all levels of the team and our in- and outside customers. This person is a self-starter, will seek advice and input when needed, can work independently, can perform at high pace and is stress resilient, a person who can motivate, is able to change behavior, has a lean mind and finally has a proven record of accomplishment in effective continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
• Execute a flawless day to day operation through increased standardization of processes and ways of working
• Plan, organize, schedule and supervise the day to day operations, which encompasses all people, all activities and all transactions
• Ensure all employee issues and concerns are addressed in a timely manner, encourage involvement from all staff and foster a positive team environment
• Deploy, Measure, monitor and maintain KPIs, SLA and satisfaction
• Foster good customer relations and service at all times
• Manage and Schedule training and development for all the sales support team
• Project Management lead, acceptation and participation requests

Task within this team (but not limited to)
• Manage the full E2E order process
• Manage, follow-up and maintain all contracts/agreements and tender business
• Develop and maintain department policies, procedures and processes, as required
• Work with other departments on identifying and ensuring product design or any other issues are tackled and corrective action(s) is taken; ensuring the customer is satisfied with the outcome
• Perform other duties assigned by management
• Change and Transition Management

Requirements
• Minimum 5-7 years experience in a similar role
• Leadership, planning & organizational skills required
• Must have excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with; software, control, SAP, Project Management
• Knowledge of medical devices is an asset.
• Experience with post-mergers is an asset
• Fluent Business English proficient, any other languages is an asset
• SAP knowledge is required
