TITLE: IoT engineer
Location: Ieper
Languages: Dutch, English

As an IoT engineer your tasks are:

Together with the R&D; the team you are responsible for research, design, and development of new products, through research and simulations. You are responsible fort he validation of your designs by means of testing in collaboration with the test lab and our design engineers
In collaboration with our software engineers developing the embedded software, you ensure a high quality solution

You have a master’s degree in electronics and you are passionate about IoT (at least 7 years of experience)
You have knowledge of digital and analog circuits, embedded and application software and IoT communication protocols
Experience in research projects and in collaboration with universities and knowledge institutes can be a plus
You also have experience converting a concept into a market-ready solution
Preferably, you have some affinity with construction or materials research
You write and speak fluent Dutch and English
