Job Description:

  • This is the profile Client short-term study at ECHO concerning the integration of salary management tools in an application. Start in September 2020.

Skills:

  • Good knowledge of enterprise architecture
  • Good knowledge of business processes analysis in the salary calculation/automatisation area
  • Knowledge of software maturity models
  • Strong capacity in writing and presenting studies
  • Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator.
  • Capability of working in an international/ multicultural environment

 

2. DESCRIPTION OF TASKS

  • Architectural vision and elaboration in the salary calculation/automatisation area
  • Development and enhancement of architecture in the salary calculation/automatisation area, currently in excel to be translated and integrated into the ECHO FSM module under development
  • Assistance with the implementation of the architecture
  • Architecture maturity assessment
  • Analysis of organisational structures
  • Analysis of information systems portfolio
  • Analysis of enterprise business processes
  • Corporate Data flow analysis
  • IS costs/benefits analysis
