Do you, as a Change Coach, want to contribute to the design of methodologies and technology?
Our Support department ‘Technology & Methods’ is responsible for the support and design of the technology and methodology used. Innovation, implementation and support are the core tasks of our department. This is achieved by working closely with all Competence Centers and Project Teams, who represent the various techniques within the rail sector and with the aim of continuously improving the joint project approach and our knowledge & experience.
Within T&M you will be part of the new Methods team (5-10 members), composed to provide support in the areas of: people, processes and technology. The focus of the team is the interdisciplinary collaboration between all Competence Centers (rail techniques) and the definition / evolution of the standard project approach. This focus is elaborated on the basis of BIM standards that are defined for the rail sector and anchored within the company.
We are looking for a Change Coach for this Support department.
What are you going to do?
As a Change Coach you identify the domains within the company where change is needed, you define and document the necessary changes, you guide the Competence Centers and Project Teams during implementation and make adjustments where necessary, you create an appropriate communication plan for all the parties involved central, maintain a general overview and a clear view of the jointly established goals, in order to continuously improve the efficiency of our projects and to keep the applied technology and methodology up to date.
This means that you:
Identifies necessary changes within the company and then guides and monitors them from start to finish
Internal communication and perception steers with an appropriate communication plan
Provides or organizes coaching and training sessions to achieve the set goals
create documentation and communication about changes (people, processes, technology) to guide the Competence Centers, Project Teams and management
directing and following up teammates within a project, at headquarters but also at site locations
helps with the design and implementation of the roadmap within ‘Technology & Methods’ (digitization, BIM, Generative Design, Iot, AI, …)
analyzes problems to arrive at feasible solutions, taking into account budget, timing and feasibility in progress
collaborates with a team of various training courses and disciplines to guarantee the coherence and success of the projects (Project Delivery, Civil & Track, Electrification, Signaling, Logistics & Supply, Procurement)
reports to stakeholders and management on progress and results
Desired profile of the candidate:
You have a master’s degree or equivalent through experience
You have strong coaching skills, able to speak plain language and easily approachable
Knowledge of general design processes and AEC products are a plus
You are eager to learn and you also have the necessary coaching skills to guide others individually and in groups
You are communicative, accurate, methodical and autonomous and also a real team player who can work in a multidisciplinary team
You work fluently with MS Office (Word, Excel, …)
You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and French and knowledge of English is a plus
