Job Description
What you’ll do
Drive the implementation of a new global Medical Information system, to deliver a coordinated engagement (case management & CRM-like engagement) to handle requests and unsolicited questions from both HCP’s as Patients.
Coordinate the implementation of a SaaS solution based on a Veeva & Salesforce driven ecosystem, in collaboration with vendor implementation team to ensure value driven delivery, in alignment with company’s priorities.
Together with our Governance teams, ensure such solutions are trustworthy, secure, safe and compliant, which includes validation guidelines and GxP-relevant requirements.
Translate the business objectives into business requirements and roadmaps of capabilities. In collaboration with global IT, either develop or integrate and operate the specific solutions or ensure this is done to meet these goals.
Profile
Ability to articulate vision on tactical level, and perform/contribute on operational level.
Have strong listening, communication, facilitation, influencing and analytical skills (having a consulting background or consultant attitude).

Required Skills
Working experience in pharmaceutical industry with GxP relevant projects, in particular in the commercial engagement with physicians from an IT/Digital role as functional project manager or domain leader
Hands-on experience (functionally & conceptually – not as a technical expert) of the following technologies, ideally both:
> Veeva Vault (Veeva Promomats and/or Veeva MedComms)
> Salesforce (Salesforce Service Cloud and/or HealthCloud – in a pharmaceutical context)
Proven project management success in a multinational environment. Diverse experiences (of which +5 years in IT)
Ability to operate and manage in a matrix-organization, with delivery partners in many places across the world
All candidates without Veeva vault experience in Promomat (commercial) & / or Medcoms (Medical) will be rejected.
